How can I care for my products for long-lasting use?
To ensure a long life of these products, we suggest to care for them with these following instructions:
- Please do not expose the product directly to perfumes, deodorants, soap or any other items containing chemicals.
- Avoid swimming while wearing the products as chlorine & fluoride will harm the plating.
- After removing the jewellery, please wipe them with a clean & dry cloth to remove dirt or perspiration.
- Please store these products wrapped in cotton to ensure low exposure to air.
- Please do not use velvet bags and boxes to store these products.
- All our items should be laid flat while storage, hanging these items are not recommended.
Would there be any change in the product received after placing an order?
No, the item you choose to buy will be sent to you. There may be slight colour variations due to photographic lighting & individual PC monitor colour settings.
Are these products allergic to skin?
Our items are non-allergen & skin friendly. However, if you have very sensitive skin we advise you to try a patch-test before wearing the products outside.
What is the return policy?
As all our items are handcrafted with love, all our sales are considered final.
